Fantastic news that Operation Prosper just launched to help veterans find jobs after leaving the Armed Forces.

£2.1 million of new funding will be used to help them into high-skilled, high-paying jobs in sectors like cyber, manufacturing, energy, and finance.

Out and about during recess

It’s been a busy recess for me. I went to Royal Preston Hospital to meet Silas Nicholls, the new Chief Exec of the Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. We had a great chat about the £2 billion new hospital.
