It was great to attend Bishop Rawstone Church of England Academy on Tuesday and meet some of the residents of Croston. 

Some of the topics we chatted about included:

👩‍🏫 Penwortham Girls' High School has been included in Round 3 of the Department for Education’s School Rebuilding Programme.

It was great to meet the school’s Headteacher on Friday and find out more about the plans for the school.

💦 I went to see progress on the flood defences in Penwortham last week. These are being put in place to reduce the future risk of flooding to about 5,000 homes, gardens and businesses.
