It was a privilege to be invited to and welcomed at All Saints' Church, New Longton on Saturday night by the vicar Tom Woolford during their Christmas concert, performed by the Lostock Hall Memorial Brass Band.
The band were fantastic and All Saints' Church put on a brilliant evening. Christmas carols in the style of Indiana Jones - what a way to get in to the festive spirit!
I'd like to say a big thanks to everyone involved for a lovely night and for inviting me to come along.
